Shipping & returns

Shipping Policy:

  1. We proudly offer shipping across Canada and the US for all our high-end furniture pieces.
  2. All Shipping charges are included in pricing.
  3. Enjoy our hassle-free delivery service, where we handle the logistics and ensure your furniture arrives safely to your doorstep.
  4. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery for all items in stock as each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure its pristine condition upon arrival.
  5. Our dedicated team will keep you informed throughout the shipping process, providing tracking information for your convenience.
  6. International Delivery. We ship only to Canada and the U.S. However, international clients can have orders delivered to a freight forwarder of their choice located within Canada.

 

Return Policy:

  1. At Somos, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 5 business day return policy, with proof of purchase.
  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your furniture at info@somos-living.com
  3. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Photo confirmation must be sent  to info@somos-living.com and confirmed  before appointing a designated carrier.
  4. If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us promptly. Refunds are granted for orders canceled before dispatch from our warehouse.
  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund, excluding any initial shipping charges, within 5-7 business days.
  6. Items on sale and accessories are final purchases and are not eligible for returns. Excluding orders processed between December 1st 2023 and February 4th 2024.
  7. In the event that you receive a damaged item, we kindly request that you inform our customer service within 3 business days of receiving it at info@somos-living.com Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction, therefore we will promptly make arrangements for either a replacement or a refund.
  8. International orders: Items shipped within the United States or Canada are eligible for returns. For items shipped to other countries, please reach out to us. Be advised that all return shipping fees for international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
